The handbook that has been created under the project aims to support teachers working with students who are at risk of early school leaving. It is focused those students who are not motivated in learning at school because the traditional way of teaching cannot develop their talent that leads to low self-confidence and doubts of self-learning abilities. The book is dedicated to school staff: principals, teachers, educators, pedagogical counsellors, class tutors and school psychologists. However, it might also be helpful for educational specialists in alternative learning pathways. It consists of eleven lesson plans – developing different types of intelligence according to Howard Gardner (Verbal-Linguistic, Mathematical-Logical, Musical-Rhythmic, Visual-Spatial, Bodily-Kinesthetic, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Naturalist, xistential). Each lesson plan integrates different school subjects and consists of innovative methods to develop at least two types of intelligence. These lesson plans might be used with all students that give schools the opportunity to prevent early school leaving and to reengage students with school by providing them with motivating school process and support on time.
