The third LTT meeting was helt between 24-29th February 2020  in Malatya, Turkey. During the  meeting, the focus was the second chance and compensation strategies. The participants received a training about personalised approach to turn the students back to school. Also, they were informed about accessible second chance schemes and how to establish second chance departments in schools. Moreoever, an expert  introduced ADEY system which was applied in Turkey in previous years. Şahnahan Secondary School offered the participants a program, which included school visits in Abdülkadir Eriş Art High School, Ali Kuşçu Special Education Center and Mercan Koleji. 
Moreover, in this meeting, the participants  finalize Early Warning System to prevent early school leaving and the handbook of good practices.
